“The values and behaviours of Care, Compassion, Competence, Communication, Courage and Commitment…making a difference to our patients’ lives every single day”
The Salts Medilink Nurse Team provide a bespoke stoma nursing service. We aim to make a difference to our patients’ lives every day by supporting them throughout their different stages of the patient pathway. Our service will enhance stoma patient outcomes and improve quality of life through ongoing patient centred care.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and adult social care in England, ensuring health and social care services provide people with safe, effective, compassionate, high-quality care and encourage care services to improve their services. Salts Medilink Stoma Nurse Team successfully became CQC registered in June 2016.
